Nurse Residency Program

One year residency program for newly graduated nurses

Launch your career in nursing and make an impact with the Bryan Health residency program, designed to give newly graduated nurses the confidence they need for success. You'll gain knowledge and receive professional support in your first nursing role while learning from Bryan's clinical experts. This program provides new registered nurses with help and guidance to successfully transition into your nursing practice. This program is available at Bryan Medical Center and Kearney Regional Medical Center.

Nurse Extern Program

Continuing Education

Bryan Health provides financial assistance for continuing education and necessary contact hour courses to stay up-to-date on all job requirements. Bryan also offers financial assistance for non-credit courses related to the job. Additional continuing education offerings for nurses include: Nurse Residency Program, Unit-Based Practice Councils and the Nursing Professional Practice Council. You can enhance your career through Bryan College of Health Sciences by earning a bachelor of science in nursing (BSN), a master of science in nursing (MSN) or a doctorate degree (EdD).
